In the healthcare field, Konica Minolta provides the hospital and clinic market with high-performance X-ray digital diagnostic imaging systems that feature Computed Radiography (CR*1).
These products have earned high regard in the healthcare field. In the graphic imaging field, our digital color-proofing systems have become the virtual industry standard. We have been making aggressive efforts in the Computer to Plate (CTP*2) business – a market where demand is growing rapidly.

Digital diagnostic imaging systems for the clinical market support the development of regional medical services
In recent years, the need for better regional medical services has bolstered demand for digital technologies, both at major hospitals and at smaller medical facilities. To provide an optimum solution to these needs, we developed the REGIUS MODEL 110, a digital X-ray image reader featuring ease of use and consistently high-quality imaging with a small space footprint for the clinic market, launching in 2007.
With the establishment of a general sales company for Europe, we complete our global sales platform
In March 2006, we established Konica Minolta Medical & Graphic Imaging Europe B.V., a comprehensive sales company handling sales to the healthcare and graphic imaging business in Europe. The new sales company, established in the Netherlands, completes a worldwide sales network that includes bases in the United States, China and Russia.
