The Colour Reader BC-10 Plus is a unique handheld colorimeter for fast and easy measurement the backing contrast of baked goods, helping organisations to control the baking process in the production line and deliver consistent and appealing products.

Very easy to use and battery powered, the BC-10 Plus delivers a single baking contrast unit (BCU) or classic L*a*b* colour values displayed on the LCD screen.

Despite the simple operation, the BC-10 Plus is a true colorimeter in full compliance with CIE, ISO, and DIN standards.

The BC-10 Plus is a simple colorimeter ideal for checking the colour of baked goods and providing clear data in simple BCU (baking contrast units). Ideal for the control of all types of baked goods including cookies, burger buns, breads, and similar products.
